Building and structuring a complete ice program at your facility from beginning to end. Most facilities are able to get new skaters in the facility, many facilities do not have the programming structure in place to keep skaters in the establishment long term. We provide the tools, resources and strategy to program your facility to success!

Future Stars Hockey aligns youth programs to grow within one program. Most rinks / organizations miss opportunities due to inefficient communication errors and not having a proper communication structure in place throughout the organization.
Rich Mihelic puts a structured communication strategy in place to aid both staff and participants throughout their journey at your facility. Our mission for our ice facilities is to focus on NEW ENROLLMENT, RETURN RATE and PARTICIPANT PROGRESSION.
Grassroots Focus
Our focus is on the "grassroots programs." Building and establishing a successful Learn to Skate, Learn to Play Hockey, Mini-Mite 6U and Mite 8U training program. Successful "grassroots programs" build a long term success model.

What We Offer:
- Ice Facility Programming Consultation on effective enrollment and communication.
- Structured Lesson Plans & Training Services: Future Stars Hockey will run and operate any of your training programs requested. Specializing in Learn to Skate, Learn to Play Hockey, Mini-Mite 6U and House Mite 8U.
- Structured hockey lesson plans (Future Stars will not provide training services - written lesson plan only) for grassroots (Learn to Play Hockey, Mini-Mite and Mite 8U programs). Plans are detailed, professional and custom for each training group. These are not your "ordinary" training plans you see online. Our training plans set your coaches / programs up for success! All lesson plans are emailed in advance via PDF, therefore, coaches can be properly prepared for the skate ahead!
- Structure hockey lesson plans for advanced training groups / travel hockey groups (Future Stars will not provide training services - written lesson plan only) We offer training plans for team based training working on passing / team skills and we also offer training plans for individual player development. All of our individual / season training plans are custom to each participating group. All lesson plans are emailed in advance via PDF, therefore, coaches can be properly prepared for the skate ahead!
Time / Rate / Registration Questions
Please note, the below is all pending on how the rink would like registration to be handled.
- Future Stars Hockey LLC can run all program registrations and handle all inquires, questions etc. This will allow for little to no work on the facility other than providing the ice required to run the programs.
- The rates in which we charge the participants are based on the cost of the rink usage. Future Stars Hockey LLC is a for profit company in which all of our instructors are trained & paid professionals. Our training format is to benefit the facility long term in which new skaters / families are signing up on a regular basis. Our programming rates for participants are always competitive.
- Minimum ice requirement to get Future Stars Hockey LLC in your facility: 2 hours of ice per week, 1 year agreement.
- We work with rinks and accommodate training hours based around when the facility is open. Whether it is all season or limited seasons, we have you covered!
- Are you a city rink? This is an excellent opportunity to get new skaters in your facility and provides the community with a meaningful facility.
